The contest is open from October 1 2008 until January 31 2009.

Each month, from the 1st until the 15th you can upload pictures. You can upload 1 picture per day throughout the upload opening period.

From the 15th until end of month you can vote on the best picture shown. You can vote only once a day.

You can enter this competition if you are a citizen in one of the following countries: Austria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Faroe Islands, Finland, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Sweden, Switzerland, Wales.
